Job Description Job Description Description Conduct on-site benchmark testing and post-processing activities Perform wireless service provider call testing and public safety radio testing Commission, integrate, and optimize passive and active DAS installations Perform routine and annual preventive maintenance inspections Troubleshoot DAS alarms, customer complaints, and signal quality issues Stay current with in-building solution technologies and emerging innovations Evaluate systems, generate reports, and support maintenance contract customers, including on-call rotation Coordinate with wireless carriers, AHJs, customers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion Complete work tickets and warranty documentation accurately and on time Participate in training on new technologies, policies, and procedures Maintain strong technical aptitude with a continuous learning mindset Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams What You Will Bring to the Team Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience in DAS commissioning, integration, and optimization for public safety and wireless service provider projects Intermediate troubleshooting expertise with in-building wireless systems Hands-on experience with field tools such as spectrum analyzer, CW generator, PCTEL (or equivalent), OTDR, UE/handset testing, and Fluke cable tester Understanding of mobile technologies, propagation modeling, antenna theory, BDA systems, link budgets, and DAS design (passive and active) Valid driver’s license Ability to obtain required security clearances and pass background/drug screenings Preferred Qualifications & Traits Strong adherence to safety standards (OSHA, CE, and site-specific requirements) Ability to maintain an organized and safe work environment, including tool and equipment tracking DAS OEM certifications (e
