Field Performance Advisor – Telecom Construction & Supplier Performance Drive supplier and contractor performance across wireless telecom construction projects through field audits, site inspections, and KPI analysis. Conduct QA/QC reviews, safety compliance checks, COP validation, and construction quality assessments for macro and small cell deployments

assemble and perform maintenance functions on a variety of communication equipment to include but not be limited to phones, video visitation units, tablet/charging units, racks, APs. Perform cable routing to server equipment racks, patch cabling, labeling, and documenting of cable paths. Install/configure carrier level broadband access equipment (T1, DSL, Cable, Fiber, and phone lines)

Location Requirement: The work arrangement for this role is in office onsite 5 days each week. Role Overview: The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the network, including but not limited to equipment installation & commissioning, circuit/node turn-up & testing, customer premise equipment, (Ethernet Network Interface Devices, Routers, Data Switches, premise Firewalls, IAD’s, Hosted phones, ONT’s, preventive maintenance, and testing/troubleshooting associated with transport infrastructure, switching infrastructure and IP/Data networks
