Job Summary: The Service Administrator supports the service department by managing administrative, safety, and scheduling functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and reconcile company credit cards • Process employee reimbursements • Handle safety paperwork, including monthly inspections and toolbox talks • Maintain and update safety training logs • Track and process pending purchase orders (POs) • Review, enter, and verify daily time entries and job notes • Manage daily administrative tasks and reporting • Schedule and dispatch preventive maintenance (PM) work • Create and set up jobs in the system • Support service operations with strong organization and follow-through Schedule: • Monday–Friday • Standard business hours (typically 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) • Occasional overtime based on workload PI5282f5342ec7-25448-393936846b250ea6-cee3-4
