Responsibilities: Development and retention of teammates Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level Serving all automotive service needs of customers Assist store manager with all responsibilities Maintain compliance with quality standards Setting, confirming and preparing for appointments to expedite the customer's service experience Determining vehicle needs based on customer information, a vehicle walk-around and technician's multi-point inspection Producing repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates Communicating frequently with Technicians and Parts Associates to ensure timely completion of work Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information Qualifications: Knowledge of automobiles / tires / parts Valid Drivers License Computer and Technology Skills (Including Tablets) Friendly and outgoing personality Good organization, time management and communication skills Professional, well-groomed personal appearance High Level of Motivation and Energy Automobile Service Consultant Certification a plus Benefits: 7-5pm Monday-Friday , 7-12pm Saturday 401k with matching Health care, Vision and Dental Paid vacation and holidays Uniforms provided Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55,000
