Responsibilities Serve as the technical lead on the planning, design, construction, and/or commissioning of water and wastewater treatment projects of various sizes (small, medium, and large) May serve as project manager on small to medium sized projects and would assume all project manager responsibilities Participate in field activities, such as site visits and overseeing field work Provide on-the-job training and mentoring of project staff and entry to mid-level engineers Maintain a culture of effective communication among project teams, clients, partners, and other stakeholders Perform engineering services during construction, including but not limited to reviewing contractor submittals for conformance with contract plans and specifications and evaluating requests for information Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients Partner with local business development teams to identify project opportunities and assist with business development activities, including,
