Job Description Job Description Job Overview The Engineering Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting supplier execution, action tracking, reporting, and day-to-day coordination across manufacturing-related supplier activities. What You Will Do Support the Engineering Specialist with supplier execution tracking, issue follow-up, and action management across manufacturing-related activities Maintain trackers, dashboards, status reports, and meeting summaries that improve visibility to supplier performance and open items Prepare data and materials for recurring supplier reviews, governance meetings, and internal status discussions Follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders on open actions, timing commitments, documentation, and deliverables Help identify missing information, overdue items, reporting gaps, and execution risks for escalation Organize technical, commercial, and program inputs in a clear and usable format for leadership review Review supplier schedules, deliverables, readiness plans, and action closure status for completeness and follow-up Assist with standardizing templates, trackers, reports, and process documentation Provide concise status updates that help the team stay aligned on priorities and next steps Coordinate across purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, finance, quality, and plant-facing teams Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, supplier coordination, purchasing support, launch support, engineering support, supplier quality, or a related environment Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including maintaining trackers, organizing data, and supporting basic analysis Must know Power BI, including the ability to support reporting, dashboards, and data interpretation Working knowledge of SharePoint page creation and maintenance Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, supplier execution, or tooling-related activities Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently with internal and external stakeholders Ability and willingness to work onsite five days per week Company Description Branex Group is a Minority-owned Technical Staffing firm headquartered in Auburn Hills, MI
