1st Shift Monday-Friday occasional evening/weekend overtime. 5am to 8am start time • Skills need to be mature, with Sr level experience minimal • Advanced knowledge of Mechanical Engineering • Proficient in 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks • Proficient in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), preferably ANSYS • Ability to apply a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion • Ability to explain a range of technical information • Excellent communicator – can sell concepts to people at all levels in the organization, including engineers
