Responsibilities: The Assistant Vice President for Advancement Services serves as a member of the leadership team, supporting strategic planning and organizational development; serves as Treasurer of the UNI Foundation, ensuring fiscal integrity and operational efficiency in support of the Foundation’s mission; oversees financial policy development, budgeting, accounting systems, investment and asset management, compliance with nonprofit regulations, and IT services within the Advancement division; manages operating, campaign, and project budgets, and provides predictive financial modeling and planning; leads the preparation and presentation of financial statements, manages external audits, and ensures timely submission of federal and state tax filings; provides leadership and oversight to the Advancement division’s IT team, including setting priorities and aligning IT projects with division goals, coordinating with IT staff to ensure timely project completion, and ensuring effective communication between IT staff and other division units; and manages accounting and IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance management, and professional development
